libbox2d2.3.0-dbg software package provides 2D physics engine - debugging symbols, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libbox2d2.3.0-dbg
libbox2d2.3.0-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libbox2d2.3.0-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libbox2d2.3.0-dbg *
You will get with libbox2d2.3.0-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
